Director of Training
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
The Director of Training will be responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for all staff. He/She will be responsible for facilitating Teaching Family Model implementation and accreditation. He/She will monitor all staff training for compliance through use of an online database. Some travel required.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and five years’ experience in training and facilitation.
Teaching Family Model experience preferred.
