Take our survey to tell us where you're interested in volunteering!
Please complete all paperwork and return only to Lee Luzader in Development. After all paperwork and processing is done, you will be notified which department will have volunteer opportunities. Your volunteer job duties and timeframe will be discussed with you by the supervisor of this department.
Lee Luzader will send you all the forms you need to complete after you fill out your volunteer interest survey.
All forms must be submitted to Lee Luzader.
