At Boys and Girls Homes, we have adopted a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement. Continuous Quality Improvement, or CQI, combines the processes of traditional PQI with a focus on Growth and Change. With CQI, we use both the achievement of goals and failure to reach goals as an impetus for setting new goals, pushing ourselves to get better every day.
